Dr. Zita K. Lucius is a Senior Innovation Manager at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, overseeing innovation activities within the offshore business unit, such as building innovation strategies, leading innovative technology projects, and conducting workshops with technical experts. Her praxis-oriented research focuses on innovation, spaces for innovation, and organizational culture. Prior, she worked at Schaeffler, where she was responsible for innovation in the Automotive Aftermarket business division, building an ecosystem for innovation, including processes and structures, innovation projects and customer engagement for product feedback. She completed her doctoral research at the Hamburg University of Technology, investigating organizational culture's impact on creativity. Zita also holds honorary positions with JCI Hamburg and the Big & Growing New Work Festival Hamburg, advocating for new work, inclusive work environments and innovation.
